  2.  @christophervasel4894  Exactly, the SVD does it, the PSL does it, the M76 does it and the M91 does it. its what happens when you put a thin barrel in a non free floated platform then heat it up.

  3.  @farmerbrown84  Ive used PPu match 54r in a post war m44 and gotten 1.5ish give or take groups at 100, which was noteably better than the 3 inch groups with tula. that being said thats only at 100, and more importantly im shure if i handloaded for 54r i could do better
