  3. Then when you ban to much of anything people just decide its not worth it and blow off the laws. Look at New York, the compliance rate there is a estimated 4 percent

  4. the original assault weapons ban was not because of mass shootings, they simply did not happen at the time. the original AWB was essentially "We don't like guns turn them in" they got the rules as strict as they could at the time which to them was not enough

  6. Issac prop 63 dropped the penality on mags, its a 100 dollar ticket. Its a horrific unconstitutional law don't get me wrong, but its not like people are getting jail sentences for it
