We do not need to spend 8 billion on a TUNNEL only used by a train intermittently as WE HAVE MEXICAN HUMAN WAIST, TRAFFIC, HOMELESS, FOOD DESERTS,CRIME,POTHOLES, NO PRISONS OR MENTAL HOSPITALS AND STORM DRAINS! This is ridiculous when you can reduce the train size and fix the train track foundation for way less ! Remember these people wanted to spend a billion on the river and 3 restaurants and a bike path through a homeless encampment called the San Diego river ! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
