This is stealing from the owners because Democrats wont control the border! Sad how we have Americans that are homeless as the Democrats import voters ! This will stop investors from investing, you are telling them they dont control their property and what they can charge! When construction cost go up and the rents dont people will invest their money in something else they control!

Im a contractor and normal people have no clue how its done or how to finance a project , not a home loan ! You are ridiculously ignorant on what it takes to build a real house !
