  1. Lets take from 98 % for 2 % and endangered everyone! It would be better to put bikes on unused sidewalks? And lets not forget removing parking at the city council members offices and city hall for bike parking ! I KNOW THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL WILL VOLUNTEER THEIR PARKING SPOTS AND CAR ALLOWANCE! 😊

  2. We need to tax these bikers to pay for their far share of using the streets ! And charge for parking ! Tax them 10% of street budget, make them get yearly licensing fee !with a service charge for this extra work ! And 5 to 10 $ a day for parking ! 1000 $ fine for no helmets, speeding,not stopping, getting in the way and a carbon tax on the energy used to make bikes and mine the steal used! FAIR IS FAIR !😊
