In 1970 we had no technology that could even record the temperatures in enough locations to even make a good guess on the world temperature or if it was changing! No satellite's! And no reliable way to mesure anything on both polesor any oceans ! And thats the best you got ? Wow ! Try giving us something like 20 years old or how abput in the last decade! Its not like this is an obscure subject! WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 50 TRILLION $ ! are country's budget is only 4 trillion !
