  2. Nope. No dudettes to distract the best dudes. The best dudes are highly intellectual nerds who have fully devoted themselves to highest tier of technical monkhood. They're not very well acquainted with bodily needs and often find it very distressing to be confronted with the fact that they are, in fact, not just biological computers. So no dudettes in the tech monastery. And specifically and categorically no dudettes in miniskirts! Not even if they work in accounting!

  3.  @DailyBeatings  Who am I to question those who seek a life in technical monkhood? Personally I think of them like the RPG players who max out a single stat at the expense of all the others. Some people don't mind being squishy at the expense of being able to summon a fireball the size of Kansas. And just like the squishy ones are distressed at the though of hand to hand combat and thus flee to a safe distance, the best dudes are distressed by things that can interrupt their deep thought processes, so they flee back to the lab.
