How is that BS even legal?? I'm dying to know what the SCOTUS will have to say about it. I know the IRS has global reach for US citizens but there's no such thing as California (or any other state) citizenship. How the f*ck do they think they're going to come after a resident of another state much less another country for STATE taxes?
