  1. If he'd been paying even minimal attention to the news for the last oh, 30 years or so at least, he could have saved himself the effort and money. Recycling is, always has been and likely always will be a scam that's not about making the earth cleaner, it's about allowing progressive politicians to pretend they're doing something and their gullible voters to feel even more self righteous than they already do.
