  1. For some people, maybe. I was never a heavy smoker; 2/3 pack a day at most. I quit 21 years ago and I'm still wheezing. Not as bad, but I'm still doing it. I smoked for more than 25 years so I guess you can only fix that so much. Just don't ever start.
