  1. I don't really see how it's still "Russia's war to lose." What do they have left to throw into battle that they haven't already thrown? Yeah, nukes, but even Putin is smart enough to know that that will blow back on him 100x harder. They've burned through their best equipment and tens of thousands of their best troops. All they've got left is trash and conscripts.
