  1. There's so much high quality art, diverse story-telling and wonderful, wonderful voice acting in Anime. It's a great resource for helping to learn Japanese. I wonder what the reasons for people for liking a particular anime is? The animation in Demon Slayer is wonderful, the crazy creativity in Dorohedoro is outstanding, there seems to be something for someone, somewhere in anime. Perhaps for sheer entertainment value, Overlord is very entertaining, and creative in story-telling and adding a lot of meta-references to mmorpgs and the idea of escapism: Take the hero with a thousand faces and turn them into the monster, it ends up turning into a lot of light and funny moments (and some gruesome ones too).
