  1. Because the unemployment rate was just 0.1% less than expected back in Feb. That's very close just as confirmation I would think. Those employees with 1+ year severance pays have ruined it

  2.  @xxyyzz8464  Correct because JPow has admitted some sectiots are still flushed with liquidity like RE but most sectors have been direly squeezed from liquidity. He said to start the MBS run off from the Fed's balance sheet soon but he hasn't confirmed yet about the timeline nor the speed, should be in next Q&A in May
