  1. Nope. China banks involved in real estate project are still only 6 to 7% of GDP. But US housing is projected to enter a dire slowdown/recessio.

You see Evergrande junk bond isn't triple A rating but comp such as Sach grabbed it because with the easing policy they have locked in extremely cheap price with EXPECTED favorable credit market.. The West is indeed going to be in deep abyss. Those with ARM rate mortgages

  3. @Asahi Ogawa of course but what made that a difference to US and Feds printing model? That did not affect overall credit lending in China. You only complain about homeowners debt exposure but my number related to the banks whose debts exposed are partly owed to therefore covered by state owned China banks. Net net. Imagine if Capitalist got that safety net.. Biden and handlers are fighting hard at all costs for Globalists which are over last time they humiliated China publicly. Game over. Stumbling empire .

  6. @Asahi Ogawa Chinas infrastructure has become the main backbone than overall property business and I do not mean to give compliment just stating a fact. But US speciality is war economy sadly. Not willing to ramp up crumbling infrastructure. Because no benefit larger than stealing billions of fossil oil subsidies got unused.. why you still perceive ours is better than communism? Remember that everytime you think China is a tyrant US isnt that different just clever in brainwashing and showing you the OPTICS..
