They want to see the kind of evidence for a Carpenter peasant 2000 years ago as we get for a "world" conqueror 2000 years ago(Alexander). The funny thing is that if they get that evidence, it'll disprove the claim of the book that its a Peasant Carpenter.

  5. Well, the series focus is more pacificism but it identifies Christianity as far closer to that Pacificism than Norse religion.

Eh, WiAH main knowledge base being Western Christiandom does shine through but again, its not like this is just his conclusion well decourated Western historians like Tom Holland or Indian and Japanese historians like the guy that wrote "the book that made ur world" also agree on this so crying bias doesn't disprove this argument.

  8. It was almost conquered in the 1500s and Portugal's aid might have been instrumental in avoiding it. There's a Muslim book and ongoing youtube animated series of the same name on it. Search "Conquest of Abyssinia".
