Um? didn't you guys just fire them for not having a vaccine?? something that dont even matter anymore?? it was all about your arrogance?? yeah! you lost experienced officers that cant be replaced .. you can hire and pay all you want .. you wont get that experience and knowledge .. wait for another 10-15 years to get some of it back .. San Diego have been taking steps backwards ever since Tod Gloria took over man .. homelessness, downtown is trashed, the quality of life just went down, policing, housing, SDG&E, everything! and who wants to do that police shit anymore anyways? go through hell for 54k a year .. PAY MORE! the dam people are putting their life at risk!! 54k in San Diego? doesn't even cover a 1 bedroom apt anymore!!
