  8. Pity? A bit hard, since they were (before being drafted) -on average, big fans of Putin's "operation" in Ukraine. I dunno.. but they're going to experience one hèll of a brutal de-programming in Ukraine after all that wacko Russian propaganda in their home land (Their Tv-Personalities and political 'commentators' are a very special breed of insane asylum inhabitants..)

  11. Clearly Palputin's desperate last action to save himself from the inevitable downfall. Throwing men at "The Enemy" hoping they run out of ammo before he runs out of men. What an archaic way of 'waging war'. Lend-Lease is gathering steam. Putin and his cronies are running on fumes afa. the war in Ukraine goes. Still a lot of support for him in Mother Russia. "Yay" for a constant barrage of propaganda and a sullen people. I wonder how long that support will last if the first couple of thousand men of this draft fail to ever come home again, or come home with limbs missing, or eyes. With 300,000 conscripts, it IS going to be unavoidable that people will notice, me thinks. Let alone if loony Palputin mobilises a million men.  The fact that professional military men have a chance of never coming home again is one thing, but conscripts, and men that are -basically, shanghai'd from the streets, is a completely different thing. I'm afraid we are going to see whole-sale slaughter not seen since Stalingrad, WW2, but this time Russia does NOT have the required masses of able men to make their archaic tactics succeed.
