  2. FINALLY!! Sómeone pointing-out the idiotic truth of it all. East Germany would have imploded completely if West Germany hadn't swallowed its pride, and had refused to pay for that piece of decrepid land and its crazy mentality after yeaers of Honecker and the Stasi. West Germany took all the Ossie debt on itself , paid it in full AND paid billions to restore at least a facsimile of a working infrastructure. Ugh.. rose-tinted glass wearing Ossies really get my blood boiling.
