  2. No idea. There ARE, however numbers published about civilian casualties in Ukraine. Somewhere in the order of 187000, was the last I heard. There's a reason the Ukrainians are pretty well motivated to decimate the orcs..

When official media in Russia accidentally published the real amount of KIA, something like 9800, instead of the 1400 the Kremlin wanted Russian citizens to believe? With an army as inept as the Russian forces, I wouldn't't be surprised if its' ministries were just as inept in keeping the documents with a big, fat "конфиденциальный документ" stamped on it, ( our something like that) àctually confidential.
