  14. Nah. The tracking is already done with the oodles of stolen smartphones the orcs use (and the tracking is a success. Ukraine consistently uses that data weed-out troop concentrations- and movements. Makes HIMARS and artillery barrages quite effective and precise)

Recruiting bureaus 'spontaneously catching fire, institutes with russian civil services catching fire, shootouts between Russian border control and local armies/militia's.. the RF is a powder-keg just wàiting for someone to light the fuze. The Kremlin already got Molotovs chucked against- and over its walls. Didn't damage a lot, but is indicative of 'something brewing'
