  2. Because 'somehow' the funds meant to upgrade Russia's army and material diminished between 40 to 60% between signing and the army actually getting the money. "Suddenly" oligarchs, and even Putin himself, had yachts of 10's of millions of dollars, and nice multi-million dollar villa's at the Cote 'd azure... NO idea how that works.. 🤣 There's a reason Trump is in awe of Putin and Russia's utterly corrupt government. They make the Trumpkin's real estate money laundering scams look like shoplifting a 10c lollipop... Trump to Putin: "My Sith Lord, teach me the way of the Dark Side" (i.e. utter corruption)
