  2.  @uuclmusic2711  in this reported case, they sold two existing properties and used their savings, but somehow couldn't pay enough to buy the property or get such a small loan they couldn't handle. Hard to believe that they were 'on the hook' for that much, especially if after being 'sold: Besides this isn't a bankruptcy law issue... it's a defaulted on a collateralized loan issue.
