But again....sink holes have little to do with the above construction...it has to do with the ground it's on or over. Design and lack of geological understanding is the big issue.

@darkevilazn well it is a matter of perspective. I consider the 'tofu dreg' primarily a construction material issue, often impacted by corruption by either buying the wrong stuff ..or swapping the wrong stuff for what was ordered. I guess one could include intentional design failure or other engineering issues. Could that include improperly surveying or interpretation of geology studies, or not doing them...I don't know. If you properly engineer off of bad data, might still result in failure, but might not be your fault. But yes I guess if one wants to lump all of these issues into one big group...well you'll never fix it..ha

@darkevilazn but if you build it reasonably, and water undermining the soil underneath or some idiot puts a crap load of wet stuff on an unsupported roof...I don't think is included, but these videos keep mixing apples and oranges to support their premise.
