  2. I don't think she's very smart. I don't see why they couldn't get the something if they're serious about that. I've only got $3k in loans, no excuse to drag this out. If they're not going cancel the debt, they should just admit that they won't so we can plan our budgets.

  3. People do have several thousand. I've got $3k, but I'm not in trouble, it's the folks with tens of thousands of debt or more that have the need the most. Roughly 35% of student loans would be completely canceled for $10k.
