@joeyjojoshabadoo889 At absolute bare minimum, he's an accomplice to all of this. And in both of those clips, he's guilty of assault and/or battery.

Don't ignore them, flag the account if it's a violation of policy, or have the channel removed from your feed entirely. The more people do that, the less likely it is that the videos will be shown to anybody.

@larryjohnson3087 Stopping the fight is fine, the problem is that stopping it by knocking out the other party isn't.

@sages101 It doesn't need to be bigger, it just needs to be somebody that can withstand the beating for a bit. Large people tend to tire more quickly than smaller ones do.

Even if you are touching them, you may still be able to sue if the guard's physical contact isn't appropriate to the level of contact.

This only happened recently, it's still well within the statute of limitations. We'll have to see what happens, but it's entirely possible that they'll both wind up in prison over this. Just because we're talking about a civil suit does not mean that there couldn't be criminal charges filed as well.

@jamesrankin1728 This is a civil case, however, the claims laid out are also criminal in nature as there is no such thing as mutually agreed to combat in this context. This didn't happen in a boxing or wrestling ring, so barring the plaintiff having done something that would allow for the guard to engage in defense of his client, it is a criminal matter that could be pursued by the police at any time. They may well be waiting for the results of the civil case to help bolster a criminal conviction as a civil case appears to be a sure thing.
