@24CiViC Without more information, I'd wager that there was a loss of pressure, leading to everybody passing out before either the pilot could get an air supply on. Because, this was everybody, not just the pilot. I suppose there are other possibilities, but that's the most likely one, and since there was a crash, there will be a full investigation of the wreckage to determine as much as possible.

@92cgray Yes, in all likelihood, they passed out within a matter of a couple of seconds, and it was like they just went to sleep. If you're going to go, this was probably the kindest way of going. Even though the ultimate crash was presumably pretty violent.
