  1. It's not a Dutch oven, there's no indentation on the top to set coals. I'm not familiar enough with this particular set to know, but the inside looks a lot like my cast iron does.

  2. It's worth noting that the whole point of a Dutch oven is that it's effectively an oven on it's own, just surround the oven from the top and bottom with coals and there you go. I have no idea why people have started to refer to things that aren't Dutch ovens as Dutch ovens, but unless you're Xhibit, it makes little sense to put an oven in the oven.
