  1. It would take several years for a simple beam bridge. That too will be damaged soon( not because of weather but because of corruption)

  2.  @ramachandrankannan274  Corruption does take place everywhere however in Bihar, it happens on a much large scale. Just last year a part of a newly inaugurated bridge in Bihar was washed away.
