Instead of demonising and isolating Bengali Muslims, Assamese Govt. Should quickly provide education and healthcare to them. This will help reduce their birth rate and stabilize the demographics of Assam.

@pmt7483 WB? Not quite. Population growth rate of Bengal was 13% in 2011 census. It should stabilize in next 20-30 years.
