  1. Well the "someone who technically speaks a language at a fairly high level but has like the worst accent imaginable" is my GF at Spanish. She like minored in Spanish in college so knows it fairly well but has about as bad of a accent as Peggy Hill in King of the Hill.

  2. Well on the faking other accents front I can pretty much nail another accent if I'm immigrating a person with that accent but I can't do it in my regular natural voice. Like for example if I say imitated JFK I could nail a Boston masshole accent but if I just tried speaking in that accent without faking the voice too I'd fail horribly.
