Total nonsense from the most rabid Neocon Globalists. Russian troops are having great success destroying all the supposedly superior western weapons platforms. The vast majority of the Russian people support them. They also support the Wagner fighters but didn't support the coup attempt at all. The scenes of joy in Rostov was after the coup was put down more or less bloodlessly. Wagner have been stripped off their heavy weapons and most of the troops are being absorbed into the Russian army. I'm sure this is incredibly frustrating for the Atlantic council who probably thought that this was the regime change they had been longing for.
