This story sounds bogus. The hired guns may be real but it doesn't mean the Iranians did the hiring. Far more likely to be the US deep state. Trump says he is going to release the JFK RFK and MLK files in full. It's widely expected that they will prove the CIA, FBI and possibly the Isrealis were behind them and that's my guess in this case too.
