Take a moment to savour the hubris. The USA and hangers on, (minus Turkey, Hungary, Slovakia, Italy) want to take on 2 nuclear superpowers at the same time. If Hamish is shilling it, it's going to go very very badly.

@goodfortunedj Russia has nuclear superpower status as I said. In conventional warfare terms it's easily a peer of the USA. Economically it's a superpower if there is an adjustment for exchange rates via PPP.

@evaluateanalysis7974 Ukraine had the second largest de facto NATO army back in 2022. They are only afloat because of massive foreign aid approaching a trillion dollars. Russian GDP per capita adjusted for purchasing power is $40k according to the World bank. This is also misleading because a great deal of western GDP is just moving money. Russia produces things and food, in the long run that will be most important.

@evaluateanalysis7974 It was NATO trained. The final straw came when Blinken told Putin the USA would site nukes in Ukraine. I think it was intended to provoke the invasion because they thought Ukraine with western support and Russian sanctions could actually win. As for small countries, how is the West doing against the Houthis?

@evaluateanalysis7974 My last reply is in Limbo again😏. Short answer Russia was told nukes to be stationed in Ukraine. Also Russia isn't fighting Ukraine it's fighting the collective West and still winning.
