This old right wing Republican is preaching the same old trickle down economics that has never worked. He's a bigot who wants to keep on giving tax cuts to the very wealthy and starving the poor people at the same time. Trickle down economics has never worked. It didn't work under Hoover or Reagan and it didn't work under either of the Bushes.
