  1. Avoid becoming a citizen of Argentina at all costs - once a citizen its 100% impossible (and illegal under their laws) to renounce EVER! Any citizenship you acquire by choice needs to be ones that you can renounce should you feel the need to in the future. Argentina have been considering citizenship based taxation in recent years and if their socialist policies (huge welfare programs) keep enlarging and/or require more money, they'll likely introduce citizenship based taxation. Also be aware that most countries outside CANZUK & CUNA have mandatory military service - whilst they might exempt you from it, any current or future children you have will be legally required to fulfill it unless they can get an exemption (many countries don't give exemptions just because you live abroad). Most countries in Africa & Asia are borderline impossible to become a citizen of as even if the govt wanted to grant you citizenship, most of these countries prohibit dual/multiple citizenships. The best you'll get is permanent residency but still be aware that permanent residency may have military service requirements for any current or future children you have.

  2. Just remember that if you get Argentinian citizenship you can't ever renounce it and also note that they've been seriously considering citizenship based taxation over the last few years.
