@sidesauce Of course he didn't - he's a commie and rejects everything private - notice his choice of words in which he tries to speak for everyone "I think a private aircraft is never a necessity. All bigger airlines are sufficient" - no they aren't sufficient, they're slow, dirty and expensive (for what they are). I'd love to see him use the main airlines to get to many places in short amounts of time that aren't close to large airports or trains (trains are also horribly slow) - this is another reason people have private aircraft - they can get to many places quickly using small airports that airlines are banned from. I'd also love to see him travel 6 countries in one day - no airline will enable this - their schedules are too slow and rigid and their planes are too slow which are also too large to enable this. He also forgot that being crammed in "commercial busses" on actual long-haul trips (Australia - UAE - UK; Australia - Hong Kong - Frankfurt), its horrible being crammed unless you've got a business class ticket (easily $14k - more than usual due to the "2020 thing" and because either of the two routes just mentioned are in the longest haul category (more fuel, staff working longer, etc.)). Business class is slowly disappearing as airlines are chasing every dollar possible which means cramming in more economy seats is their goal; this is making business class tickets harder to get on popular flights, leaving private as the only option. With ticket prices as horrible as they are now, its actually possible to charter a private jet that's needing to get to the same destination as you for less than the cost of a business class ticket.
