  1. The only ones are the privacy coins - Monero, Pirate, etc. Bitcoin isn't decentralised, nor is it private. Its heavily regulated and easy to monitor - hence why its the least targeted by regulations of all crypto.

If you really think its about "getting rid of the bad actors" and not "strictly controlling it so only the big players, governments and banks (banks aren't subject to any crypto regulations)" then you've been successfully fooled and/or gaslit by the government. Those creating crypto, making it programmable and expirable are all simply building their own prisons/tools of their oppression. Whilst money as we know it may end, CBDC will replace it and anything that isn't CBDC will be banned outright. The impeding EU crypto regulations and US crypto regulations are almost completely impossible to comply with but that's by design as explained in Coin Bureau's video "What's Coming in 2023 The OECD's Crypto Tax Plans!!".
