Antigua & Barbuda would be great (you only have to spend 5 days (spend a week in Antigua and a week in Barbuda)) in the first 5yrs of citizenship otherwise you won't be able to renew the passport. Swap its position with Vanuatu as Vanuatu is subject to EU Blacklist tax withholding. Don't bother with New Zealand, they're worse than Australia and about the same as Canada on '2020 thing' restrictions and insanity. Plus New Zealand have very high taxes and heaps of levies (taxes under a different name).

As for being non-resident, if you enter and leave most countries in less than 2 to 3 months but already have tax residency in another country you won't need to file that you're a non-resident. You only have to register being resident if you stay for three months or longer (some exceptions apply as some countries say you're taxable at 45 days unless you're a tourist). The point of having citizenship in a tax haven in the Caribbean is that you have continuously lived there for the bulk of a year (and you own a house or apartment) to set your tax residency there so that you'll get a tax file number and tax residency certificate so you can leave the tax system you're trying to get out of and remain out of. Once out, you keep your centre of life based there but holiday to other places staying only a couple of months at most (of whatever limit is required) so you don't become resident. Your passport portfolio lets you travel & work remotely whilst traveling without getting into trouble like a tourist working without a visa would. From the tax haven your centre of life is in you setup legal structures to legally control businesses in other countries so that whilst those businesses pay taxes, you yourself don't fall into the tax nets of those countries.

  3. Most want to be able to enter Europe for a holiday without an ETIAS (similar to a US ESTA) and be allowed to work whilst there - tourist visas don't allow you to do any work. It is the only way you will be legally permitted to buy a house (not an apartment, a house) with land in the majority of the EU. It makes bullion transactions (buying and selling) easy as in Europe the buying and selling of bullion is considered "investment" and usually restricted from tourists as its considered "work" - EU citizens have fewer KYC forms to fill in. Its the only way to register boats and aircraft to most EU countries - some permit foreigners but most require one to be a citizen even if registering to a legal entity (the controller and beneficiary must have an EU passport). Some people may want to live in the EU (although I wouldn't recommend it). Its a safety net in case travel bans hit and they get stuck in the EU. They are able to stay and work unlike tourists who got stuck.

  4. Generally speaking, any military obligations (except for some countries) only apply if you're resident/living in the country. Just be careful of where you become resident - some places require all who are legally residing to perform military service (except for foreign students), some don't. If you had a Caribbean passport, any EU passport or South American passport and a residence in the country of the passport, you were able to return home. This is why you need multiple homes as its the passport + the homes that give you options when the SHTF! As an Australian who's wanted to leave since 12th March 2020, those who couldn't come home are bloody lucky (if they have other passports that let them live abroad) as they're able to live life and subject to permits/visas, work and otherwise freely move around. It sucks having to watch everyone get on with life overseas (with the exception of a few crazy countries) whilst we're likely to have a new "manufactured" crisis as Dictator Dan's (Supreme Ruler of Danistan - formerly Premier of Victoria) permanent powers require a continued emergency for him to extend them within the next month and that requires a real-world crisis (case numbers will probably skyrocket magically as they did at every previous extension). Most businesses have gone under, the few that survived have a "skeleton crew" of staff, the costs of everything are going up and travel restrictions change with the wind as do the jab requirements (two inside the country, three to enter (if a resident or citizen) - two if a foreigner). Its likely to get much worse in Australia as NSW & QLD are having horrible floods, diesel prices are higher than all other fuels which is now pushing up food prices. Combine this with the floods, food shortages are likely. Also note that wages haven't kept up with inflation and cost of living for the last 26yrs in Australia and since the '2020 thing', welfare has skyrocketed which will result in ever higher taxes. The USA, CANZUK & Western European nutty "2020 thing lets go crazy" countries (Austria, Spain, etc.) are all done, the future is Central & Eastern Europe, the Baltics, the Balkans, Central and South America and the tax havens (Caribbean & Vanuatu, etc).
