  1. Whenever the answer is "Politicians were too naive" I tend to be very skeptical abut such answer. You cannot get to the top of world politics without being cunning polotting bastard. Also just look at Gerhard Schroder - how he is not in prosin for HIGH TREASON of Germany, I don't understand. He is openly paid by Russia (Gazprom) without even hiding it in any way and one of the closest friends of Putin. This is what happened to Germany.
