  1. I think if you start using torpedo's on those immigrant boats they will stop wanting to take the chance lol. They should also be deported the same day they arrive load them all on a big cargo plane and drop them back in there country.

  2. I find it so funny when people say they can't afford a home lol. It took my family 3 generations to pay our home off it didn't happen over night it took nearly 50 to 60 years to own. However the sacrifices we made are paying off today. The average person needs to keep saving move to a place like sask where you can buy a trailer for 50k and start paying that off then move into a condo with the equity and have. Everyone wants a million dollar home but they don't wanna do what it takes to make it happen. The other issue is everyone seems to wanna live in Vancouver or Toronto look to the center of Canada to start and when you have that equity maybe you will be able to move to BC in this life time.

  3.  @cpt.crunch9978  It is if you don't mind living away from the water. Like I said you start out with a 50k to 250k home in the middle of Canada someplace. Then you pay that off and move up the ladder.
