So anyway, I think we should really press the issue on real border concessions instead of just pretending nothing happened. We should let them hemerough until we can corral them hand over Wrangel, Karaginsky and the Komander islands to Alaska's jurisdiction and the Kurils can of course go to japan, a treat for sticking on the straight and narrow as a unilateral ally in this.

  6. Both have an effect in the right direction and exercise is a virtue in it’s own sake. Don’t just give up on being fit. Though on the flip side if your ‘struggle’ is just to not stuff your face then the discipline of a self administered exercise routine is probably already out of your reach anyway.
