To say that weak labor of exists because there are cliques of hiring departments action at the behest of their bosses to conspire and coordinate in keeping everyone leveraged into destitution comes across as a wild reach. a straight up conspiracy theory that in no world should be the answer of first resort I shouldn't have to spell out what happens when supply goes up and demand goes down. Employers being able to play hardball with easily replaced people in the knowledge there's someone else who'll take the same job if a current guy won't is straight economics 101. Dare I say even more fundamentally it's a case study into Game theory 101. There's already a whole world of busywork jobs in existance that make up beurocracy as the numbers of managerial jobs in govt and companies have increased somewhere in the area of 4-1 with populstion. Think what you like about Elon's Twitter/X the new manager axed like 9/10 of it's employers and still functioned with none or minimal disruptions. What pieces of the following statements don't at least have some element of truth to them? a. Women entering the workforce in great quanities increases the absolute number of workers greatly no matter how you slice it. b. Legal and Illegal immigration both undercutting the worth of the labor once again same with offshoring c. Streamlining whether through technology or just straight up innovative allocations have made more workers capable of doing what would have once been tasks on the dockets of others which has also again undercut employment opportunities.

You are looking for much of what has already been identified and refined by the Amish, The things they’re doing right so wildly override the impractical things that they do like pacifism and not voting that they are still able to succeed staggeringly. The struggle between that and you is one’s willingness to let go of whatever it is that parasitizes off of you.
