  3. You're only the second person I've ever heard say that. I'm not being hyperbolic. The other person was also in this comment section and mentioned their 10 year old grandfathered plan lmao. I can't even imagine them being capable of offering a good phone service or customer service. The employees are nice, sure. But they aren't told the truth so they can't tell the customer the truth.
