If a baseball is floating around at relativistic speeds in a certain area, the only way to really know where it is at any given time is to hit it with something else. That imparts in it a force and so changes where it will be and go. It doesn't stop being there. But you imparted information upon observation due to the nature of the observation.

@ransakreject5221 It's because in real terms he knows very little about hard science. He's very much in the humanities and nowhere near entrenched enough in modern science to really speak on it with authority. I trust him on his humanities because he's read hundreds of books on the matter. He very much has not read enough science or really gone into that world at all to speak about it.

It truly is insane how much the USA really is Earth's Final boss and is just so far at the top that they'll throw away completely game changing technologically just because. Though, hey, Kudos to it releasing this stuff at all. Maybe if the US continues down this road the government just spawns new technologically and techniques, throws it at the population and says "Here, make of this what you will"
