  1. Avoid Nomad Capitalist for a mistake like these. He wouldnt shut up about Georgia and Portugal a year ago...just a total grifter who overcharges tremendously for surface level results. Having said that, if you couldnt see what you were getting with Portugal at the time, than the blame is on you. The NHR was truly a terrible deal for business and investing. Extremely restrictive. Portugal was never going to be a good place. A completely muslim conquered, brussel controlled, bureaucratic lazy socialist shithole with some nice coastline... Portugal has had economic trouble for the last 120 years & of course any programs they did have they slashed. They're not in the mode of better days ahead, especially as 3rd worlders show up. The islands are the exception but the Union will manage to f*ck them up too
