  1. Hey buddy, Nova Scotian here with all this education and no job--looking to get into investing (personal & for work). My goal is Caribbean or maybe Central/East Europe. Singapore, Norway and Switzerland are safe bets but SOO expensive & tough to break. What are you thinking?
