Untrue. As some of the AFU are using civilians as human shields it prevents the requirement to trade the pow after the conclusion.

@Herman Lutzer it's not faulty. Ukraine was required to prevent encroachment by governments and political entities (ie NATO or UN) from land near Russia. That "pre-requirement" automatically translates that Ukraine war NEVER a sovereign land.

Yes, due to their explicit hiring of foreign mercenaries and working with NATO (who they're not linked to) qualifies AFU components as terrorists. Particularly their use of attacking beyond Ukraine using "unconventional" "IEDs"

@ChucksSEADnDEAD incorrect. Because it's not a war, is a special operation, they're mercs. The paperwork is meaningless. Many of the captured mercs still had their nation of origin passports: mercenaries.
