Weird alt history: At the start of 1914, Britain, Germany, Japan, the US, France, and Italy get all the battleships they built/completed or seriously considered building in WWII, in addition to the capital ships they historically had/were constructing at the start of 1914. Britain gets the five KGVs, Vanguard, and plans for the 1942 iteration of the Lions; Germany gets the Scharnhorsts and Bismarcks plus plans for H-39 through to H-41; Japan gets Yamato and Musashi, an incomplete Shinano, and plans for the last two Yamatos and the A-150s; the US gets all ten fast battleships plus the last two incomplete Iowas and plans for the finalized Montanas; France gets the Dunkerques and the first two Richelieus, plus plans and whatever incomplete parts for Gascogne and the Alsace-class; and Italy gets all three completed Littorios plus the partially completed Impero and plans for the Littorio successors. Assuming that no other ships come across with them, and assuming that international relations remain identical during the leadup to WWI, how would the completed up-time ships be incorporated into the WWI fleets of the various naval powers and would any of the incomplete vessels be completed to enter service?
