  1. Dude works 5 12hr shifts every week. Must be hard to make the time to get enough sleep. Think about it, he has to get to and from work which must take at least another hour out of his day, leaving him maximun 11 hours to try and eat, wash, relax and do something to de-stress as well as get 8 hours of sleep. I know what it's like getting home from a long shift, last thing you want to do is go straight to bed because next thing you know you're awake and having to go to work again. You end up eating into your sleep time just to try and have some normal time just existing without being at work. However, I do agree that sleep is massively important for your health.

  3. So your depression is worse than his? All you've done in your post is complain about your own life. Get off your high horse. You still have arms and legs and a computer or phone to post on YouTube. Some people are lying in gutters starving to death. Some get tortured their whole lives and then die never feeling any joy. Someone always has it worse than you. Feel better now?
