  6. Just rewatched the clip you mentioned. Trump got laughed at because he said that Germany would become completely dependent on Russia for energy. Which wasn't true then and isn't true now. so yeah it was just another laugable exaggeration by the former orange in chief.

  7. Also it's not like the EU won't be importing gas throughout the winter. It's not like we're just gonna fill up storage to 100% and then use just that. That 900twh will serve as a buffer.

  12. He wasn't. Germany is not completely dependent on Russia for energy. Nor have they ever been. If anything Germany will be increasingly independent on Russia so Trump would have been completely wrong.
